I have officially started my internship!
All the papers are signed and faxed back, got my own email account, and received 9 pounds of posters from UPS today. If they keep sending me promo materials like this, I’m going to need a storage unit soon. I have no idea where to put all of it in my little room.
I’m so glad my internship got approved with no problems yesterday too. I was able to drop my early Earth Sci class...

I just straightened my hair because I won’t have time tomorrow before work. Now my room smells like a salon, I’m trying to go to sleep but apparently the spray I use on my hair trapped in my room is making me sneeze and my eyes water. Super cool. Its my last night sleeping in my own bed for 10 days or so, so I wish I could just stop sneezing and fall asleep. Ahh.

Gosh, remind me to never again talk about school with my mother. I’m always a failure. God forbid I’m not a genius when it comes to politics, history, accounting, economics, etc and don’t pull all-nighters and live in the library (have I mentioned I live nowhere near campus? And that she’s the one keeping me here?) And don’t do other things to live my life like these...
I really dislike essay exams. They’re so hard to prepare for. Especially when it’s a history class that feels more like a politics class, which I feel like I’ve learned nothing in because I can’t understand anything that’s going on. All these presidents blur into one, I can’t keep the differences straight because they all seem similar, even though I know...
